why would you work one:one with me?

there is so much more to yoga than what we can cover in a group class

as a student, I am deeply interested in the practice of contemplation, living with devotion, connecting to soul and learning how to BE in my body in a society that encourages the opposite.

as a facilitator, I am interested in nurturing your interests, I may not have all of the answers but that is part of the fun!

contemplation is the art of pondering, we will explore asana (movement) and perhaps dig deeper into yogic philosophy / art of living.

Sunday morning classes are a breath of fresh air - a space where I can move, express myself freely, and truly connect with my body.
